The following describes the flow of the Delhi fancy registration number e-auction:
Step 1: Sign up on the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways’ official website to receive the Unique Acknowledgement Number (UAN).
Step 2: Pay the non-refundable registration charge and the reservation cost for the posh registration number.
Step 3: To block the number, choose the required registration number.
Step 4: Bidding will take place over the course of the following two days once the registration window has been open for three days following the start of the e-auction.
Step 5: For categories 1 through 4, you can increase your bid in multiples of Rs. 10,000, whereas for category 5, you can increase your bid in multiples of Rs.
Step 6: The winning bidder will be notified by email and SMS.
Step 7: Within five days of the declaration date, make the remaining payment online.
Step 8: After making the online deposit payment, the allotment letter will be generated. For the purpose of car registration, the letter is valid for 90 days.
